Small Blessings

I’m trying to be more pro-active in really acknowledging how God blesses me and my family.  We need to give Him praise for it!  So as part of A Dusty Frame’s Works of God Weekend, I thought I’d share some neat blessings from this week:

  • I’d been wanting a salad-dressing-maker-container-thingy for awhile now, especially since I’m weeding out preservatives from my diet and want to make my own dressing.  The other day, I was thinking on how and when I could get one from Pampered Chef or Tupperware.  That afternoon, my friend Mindy IM’s me and asks if I want her salad-dressing-maker-container-thingy.  (I know, I’m so technical.)  I LOVE it when God blesses us with the little things.
  • When my son says to me, “I wuv you wotsa-wotsa-wotsa-wotsa.”  (I love you lots and lots and lots and lots.)
  • The recent beautiful weather here.  Such a huge blessing after the cold spell we had.  Made me appreciate the mild weather this region is known for this time of year.

I love how God provides small things that aren’t “life and death” but are such blessings to us;)!
