Did You Know About…Time, Food Hay Fever, Caves, and John the Baptist’s Doubt?
February 24th, 2009
- I do not recall now how I came across this blog post, but it was very convicting and inspiring. It is easy to give our money, feel good about ourselves, and move on. But what about your time? Give this a read…it will be well-worth your time…
- People tease about my, uh, fruit phobias (I eat based off of color, it’s true) and then the fruits I do eat, I am allergic to. It causes itchiness throughout my mouth, throat, ears…very bizarre feeling. People then think I’m even wierder. But I now have justification from this article in Newsweek…Hay fever? Don’t forget to check your plate. I feel so much better now. Less wierd.
- On John Piper’s blog, I read a post about John the Baptist’s doubt that I found completely fascinating, encouraging, and comforting. I do not really have the words to explain how much it meant to me to read this so check it out for yourself.
- Family Living in Missouri Cave Puts Home on Ebay – I was just really intrigued by this story. And the pictures. As much as I love caves, I think I would miss having so much daylight in my home though. You?
Thanks for the link to John Piper’s post about John the Baptist. Much to muse about… :~D
living in a cave-house would be ideal; nothing but peace and quiet all the time
@coffee Very true about the peace and quiet! Tts all relative in my house though with small kids around.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
@e-Mom Yes, I’m still musing about it.
You’re welcome!
