Glad everything is solved now. I just laugh at the thought of identify fraud (well, in my personal case). I want to watch the person who tries to steal my identity be turned down for credit and get collection agencies calling them for once. ;) I love how our best (often most wryly humorous) writing comes when we are "seriously sleep-delirious"--it seems like a constant state for me these days.
