ONE of my most embarassing moments...I get in a hurry to get all my info out when I am speaking in front of a group (part nervousness, part belief I am boring them stupid) so I try to hurry. the only problem is I forget to breathe. I did this one time and got so out of breath that I actually was gasping for air (think goldfish on land). oh ya, I was effective. Another great randomness!
